IceBand Foot / Ankle
Iceband Foot/Ankle provides efficient cooling treatment of the whole ankle joint and is suitable for treating postoperative pain and swelling in the foot and ankle. The bandage provides cooling and compression for the lower part of the leg as well as the foot.
Just like the other IceBand models, IceBand Foot/Ankle
has a documented cooling effect that lasts for up to 1 hour and is suitable for treatment after any kind of surgery, including ankle joint replacement.
Easy adjustment for perfect fit around the foot
IceBand Foot/Ankle can easily be applied by placing the foot on the bandage and wrapping the bandage around the foot and ankle. The bandage and is designed to fit both feet and can easily be applied by the patient herself. The fitting and amount of compression is easily adjusted with the elastic Velcro straps.
IceBand Foot/ankle can be worn while walking or during rehab training and allows for movement indoor.
Each package IceBand Foot/Ankle includes one brace and two sets of cooling elements. The four cooling elements allows the patient to keep two sets in the freezer while two are being used.
